Who are we?

My name is Douglass Burbach, I have been breeding European Doberman Pinschers since 2007.  I have trained and titled many of my dogs over the years and have over 20 Acres of property in Kansas where we breed and work our dogs. 

I have been observing the Canis Panther community for years and fell in love with the general structure the dog was built around. I could see areas of value as it's own breed but also as a potential outcross for my Doberman line.

I have been working relatively closely with JD for some time now and we have found that our values, goals and intentions all align extremely well. 

I will continue to work on my Doberman lines but I am excited about the potential the Canis Panther has for the future and I am excited to be working with JD moving forward in an effort to improve on both breeds to the best of our ability. 

My name is JD Wise, my first 30 years were spent in San Diego and then I spent a dozen more in Idaho before my current move to Kansas to join forces with Douglass.

I have been working with dogs my entire life, since being introduced to training by my older sister when she trained Law Enforcement Dogs in the late 90's.

I started my Canis Panther program in 2019, I focus on the health of the dogs, both mental and physical. I have spent the last 5 years laying the groundwork for the Canis Panther bloodline we will be working with and am very honored to have Douglass' mentorship to fine tune that moving forward.

I am excited to see first hand what this generation has in store for us as I foresee the generation they produce to be the true beginning of my vision for this bloodline of Canis Panther.
